One-Year Limited Warranty

This limited warranty (the “Limited Warranty”) covers failures of the product due to defects in workmanship or materials, subject to the terms and conditions set forth below, and is only valid if exercised by the original purchaser (the “Purchaser”) of the new and unused product. Samgo Innovations, Inc. (“Samgo”) will for the period of one (1) year from the original purchase date (the “Warranty Period”) either (a) repair your product with new or refurbished parts or (b) replace it with a new or a refurbished product. Such repair or replacement during the Warranty Period shall constitute Samgo’s sole obligation, and Purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy, for product failure due to defects in workmanship or materials. The decision to repair or replace will be made by Samgo in its sole discretion.

Repair or replacement

During the Warranty Period, the Purchaser may send the product to Samgo for repair or replacement. The Purchaser is responsible for all costs associated sending the defective product for repair or replacement. However, during the Warranty Period, Samgo will not charge Purchaser for parts and labor needed to repair or replace the product. The Purchaser must send the product in during the Warranty Period. If repairs or replacement are needed during the Warranty Period, the Purchaser will be required to furnish a sales receipt or proof of purchase indicating the date of purchase, amount paid and place of purchase. Purchaser will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement for any product received without such sales receipt or proof of purchase. Purchaser is also responsible for parts and service, including but not limited to the AC adaptor, and cosmetic parts, all of which are not covered by this Limited Warranty.

This Limited Warranty specifically does not cover the following: (i) normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage; (ii) damage in shipment; (iii) failures in product caused by parts or products not supplied by Samgo; (iv) damage that is attributable to an act of God; or (v) failures as a result from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alteration, faulty installation, set-up adjustments, maladjustment of Purchaser controls, improper maintenance, power line surges, lightning damage, modification, introduction of sand, humidity or liquids, commercial use such as hotel, office, restaurant or other business or rental use of the product, or service by anyone other than a Samgo factory service center or other authorized servicers
